I am currently an Innovation Design Lead / Consultant and design thinking instructor with 6+ years of experience working to reimagine the health care consumer experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts’ Innovation team (Well-B).
I am highly adaptable, attentive and dedicated to help others through understanding the importance of inclusive and accessible design. I believe that design can be used to build a better tomorrow and promote equitable health outcomes.
